What's your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is generally 12 to 24 hours or less once payment is made. Complex vector designs may take longer. Please specify if you have a deadline and I will let you know how fast I can deliver.
What's your delivery approach?
After vectorizing your image, the preview image will be delivered within stated time, usually 24hrs or as agreed depending on the complexity of your order. Once you confirm the preview image, the vector AI, EPS, PDF and SVG files would then be delivered.
Is your work autotraced?
NEVER. All vector projects are 100% manual done in Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool. This ensures the highest quality and precision in every vector conversion.
Can I request a video of your vector process?
Yes you can. It would be fun to watch me recreate your fuzzy images into clean line vector arts don't you think? I'll charge a little extra for this service.
Can you draw a realistic image (picture) in vector?
Sure, but you have to know that vector graphics always look like a computer drawn image, so the result in vector would not look exactly like the real picture. Please contact me first to discuss your specific requirements.
What file formats do you provide?
We provide multiple formats to suit your needs: SVG (for web use), AI and EPS (for print design and professional editing), PDF (for documents and printing), and high-resolution PNG/JPG files. All formats are included in your order.
What if my original image is low quality or blurry?
That's exactly what we specialize in! Our manual tracing process can work with low-resolution, pixelated, or blurry images to create crisp, scalable vector graphics. The worse your image quality, the more impressive the transformation will be.
Do you offer revisions?
Absolutely! We offer unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied with the result. Minor adjustments and corrections are included at no extra cost. We want to ensure you're 100% happy with your vector artwork.
Can you change colors or make modifications to my design?
Yes! During the vectorization process, we can modify colors, remove backgrounds, adjust elements, or make other changes as requested. Just specify your requirements when placing your order or during the revision process.
Can I submit multiple images in one order?
Certainly! You can upload multiple images when requesting a quote. Each image will be priced individually based on its complexity. Bulk orders often qualify for discounts, so don't hesitate to submit all your images at once.
What about copyright and ownership?
You retain full ownership and copyright of both your original images and the completed vector work. We require that you have the legal right to use and modify the images you submit. We never use or redistribute your work without permission.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes! We offer expedited delivery options for urgent projects. Rush orders can often be completed within 2-6 hours for an additional fee. Contact us with your deadline, and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment is required before work begins to ensure priority processing of your order. All transactions are secure and protected.
